Jan's Dough: Create Sourdough Starter Recipe
|
You can use any of your favorite bread
recipes to make your own cloverleaf rolls! These rolls bake quickly and
make a nice addition to a festive holiday table...or to a chilly evening
when you are serving stew, soup, or chili! They are easy to handle---and make great dunkers! Make your favorite bread recipe (or thaw out the pre-made bread dough you can buy in the freezer section of your market). Allow the bread to rise through the process until you would otherwise form the bread loaves and set them to do a final rise. For illustrated instructions for making the cloverleaf rolls, please go to: Of course, Jan's Dough Sourdough Bread make cloverleaf rolls that are delicious (and disappear quickly!).
